Establishment and upgrading of systems and infrastructure for groundwater lowering to the permanent level to protect the hotels’ foundations, installation of about 50 pumps for lowering groundwater, including electricity and water plumbing infrastructures around the hotels, piezometers, electrical backup and control system.
