Elevating and expanding the Meridian public beach battery, landscaping rehabilitation of the beach, making it accessible to bathers and arranging it to prevent flooding, including arrangement of emergency routes and the beach operation, and arranging the interface with the Boqeq River and the promenade from Road 90.
